Returns / exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Contact our support team via email/phone with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
Share photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product as proof.
Once approved, we will arrange return pickup (where available) or request you to ship it back.
After inspection, replacement or refund will be initiated.
Refunds are processed only for valid cases (damaged/incorrect product).
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Eligible products can be exchanged for the same product or a product of equal value.
If the replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Opened / used herbal or cosmetic products.
Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
